1General Introduction

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
- If a deposit is unsuccessful, contact the support team immediately.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification is not completed.
- Withdrawals will be temporarily held if there are active bonus wagering requirements.
5Bonuses & Promotional Offers
qp999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Please read the following terms before claiming any offer:
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total ৳62,000.
- The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000.
Wagering Requirement
- A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not allowed before the wagering requirement is met.
Bonus Validity & Other Conditions
- Each bonus has a specific validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
- qp999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be placed under review.
6Betting Rules & VIP Program
qp999 has specific rules governing gaming and betting activities:
- Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed within the game interface.
- A game result may be declared void due to a technical error.
- If the connection is lost, bets will be saved and results will be shown upon reconnection.
VIP Program
qp999 members can advance through four VIP tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active gaming activity. Cashback will be applied automatically each week.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using qp999 services:
- Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
- Bonus abuse or using deceptive strategies to gain unfair advantages.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits more than once.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.

8Account Suspension & Closure
